Chris Gagnon
Managing Member
With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Chris brings a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen to every project. His background spans both high-end custom residential construction and large-scale commercial developments, allowing him to approach each build with a rare level of precision, versatility, and attention to detail. Since starting in the building world in 1992, Chris has personally overseen the construction of more than 50 homes across the New England market, earning a reputation for quality craftsmanship and dependable project delivery.
Chris holds a business degree and a Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (CSL), and he combines this formal education with a lifetime of hands-on, in-the-field experience. His leadership is rooted in a builder’s mindset — focused on efficiency, long-term value, and excellence from concept through completion. Under his guidance, his companies have grown steadily, consistently meeting timelines, budgets, and exceeding client expectations. Chris’s depth of experience and proven track record make him exceptionally well-qualified to manage and execute successful construction projects of any scale.

Amy is the backbone of GCI Construction. With over 20 years of experience in business management and client relations, she plays a vital role in both the day-to-day operations and the client experience. Amy brings a rare blend of organization, creativity, and deep industry knowledge to every project ensuring that each phase, from selections to scheduling, is handled with precision and care.
Her expertise in managing timelines and navigating the design and selection process helps make the custom homebuilding journey smooth and enjoyable for every client. Amy is also responsible for overseeing internal operations, ensuring GCI runs efficiently and maintains the high standards the company is known for.
